Return/Refund Policy

CLASSES Policy

 

These policies are set up in order for us to fill seats before classes begin and honor our waiting-list. We’re thankful for your cooperation.

 

  • Single class ticket:

Reservations paid in advance may be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours before the start of your class. In this case you may request to get a refund or to apply the fee to a future class.

Class fees are nonrefundable if not canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance.

 

  • Monthly/Yearly class ticket:

Monthly/yearly passes are fully refundable.

Monthly yearly passes can be rescheduled to the next year or month (in this case the funds stay in our accounts and are applied to the decided date).

Reservations for classes may be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours before the start of your class.

Class fees are non-refundable if not canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance.

 

PAINT PARTIES Policy

Reservations paid in advance may be canceled or rescheduled 7 days before the start of your event without fee. In this case you may request to get a refund or to apply the fee to a future date.

In case of cancellation within 7 days of the event, a fee will be applied (consult for details). The fee covers the time used to plan, research and prepare the space and the art.

If the customer wishes to use their own food and beverages, a corkage fee of $50 will apply. The corkage fee covers the use of our additional furniture and tools, kitchen, water, service and cleaning to set up for your own food/beverages.

In the case of a need for setting up decorations/additional space organization, customers may request an additional hour pre and post event for set up and clean up, at cost (consult for fee list).

 

EVENTS Policy

These policies are set up in order to protect you, the space, and our liability as a host. Thank you so much for your cooperation.

Reservations paid in advance may be canceled or rescheduled 7 days before the start of your event without fee and be reimbursed. In this case you may request to get a full refund or to apply the fee to a future date.

In case of cancellation within 7 days of the event, a fee will be retained (consult for details). The fee covers the time used to plan with the customer and contractors, planning and scheduling work, and prepare the space.

If the customer wishes to use their own food and beverages, a corkage fee of $100 will apply. The corkage fee covers the use of our utilities, borrowing of additional tools, kitchen space, and service and cleaning to set up for your own food/beverages.

In the case of a need for setting up decorations/additional space organization, customers may request an additional hour pre and post event for set up and clean up, at cost (consult for fee list).

Cleaning Fee: Customers are responsible for getting rid of the decoration and trash in the external city bin, picking up the obvious trash around the property, clearing and folding the tables and clear the fridge and kitchen counters. The fee applies to hiring contractors to do the thorough floor washing, covid, doors, chairs and tables disinfecting, toilet washing, backyard cleaning.

Customers may not use any other taping but 3M tapes to affix decorations. There will be no other alteration walls. All furniture moved shall be placed back to its initial spot. No use of fire on the premises. If loud after-hours music will be played, we must arrange with our neighbors to avoid law enforcement visits, please consult and plan with us at the event planning meeting.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT POLICY

We believe you will enjoy your purchase with L'Expression Creative Studios merchandise. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, you may return your items if they are wearables (e.g tshirts and gears), if they are dry items (e.g. Canvas / unused brushes / box / palettes). This policy only applies to items sold and fulfilled within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Paints and used canvases will not be reimbursed nor returned.

If the return is a result of our error and only in this case, we'll pay the return shipping costs.

If you wish to return the item(s) purchased, please contact us by email and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.

If the returned good(s) is received damaged and/or if the damage occurs during the returning transportation, L'Expression Creative Studios reserves the right to refuse treatment and refund of this product(s).

Reimbursement will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned item.
